This retreat has lived in our hearts for years. Individually, we both experienced the life changing ripple effects after attending retreat and we both knew with every bone in our bodies that one day we would host our own. This space is intentionally intimate with only 12 spaces, filled with extraordinary women who will become your people for life (just like the women we both met on retreat). To be held, seen and witnessed in love is truly magic.
Maddison Everist
Maddison is a certified hypnotherapist & subconscious coach, psychology student and the founder of Bloomin Within, a space devoted to supporting women in reconnecting to themselves, reprogramming self-sabotaging patterns, and embodying the version of themselves that their heart desires.
With a background spanning business, holistic wellness, subconscious reprogramming, yoga, meditation, and evidence-based coaching, EFT, RTT, Parts Work, Reiki, Human Design and more. Maddison blends science-backed tools with deep inner work to create transformational experiences that are both grounding and expansive. Her work integrates hypnotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic practices, positive psychology, spirituality, and subconscious healing modalities to support lasting change from the inside out.
After navigating her own journey through anxiety, depression, burnout, and a cancer diagnosis at 17, Maddison felt a deep calling toward healing, purpose, and a more joyful and expansive way of living. In 2019, she left her corporate career as a General Manager to travel through India, where she completed over 800 hours of Yoga and Meditation Teacher Training and immersed herself in Eastern philosophy, breathwork, Ayurveda, and spiritual practice. While this season profoundly shifted her perspective, it was the discovery of hypnotherapy and subconscious reprogramming that came in 2020 that truly transformed her life.
Today, Maddison supports women around the world through retreats, coaching containers, immersive programs, workshops, and hypnotic meditations designed to help them regulate their nervous system, build self-trust, reconnect to their intuition, and take aligned action toward the life they desire.
Kez Stuk
After seven years as a corporate lawyer, Kez finally surrendered to the niggles of her soul to create a life of meaning. She didn’t know where she was going but she knew she had to jump. Through this journey she founded The In Between, a safe sanctuary to walk alongside, guide and nurture women experiencing their own in betweens, navigating the inevitable curve balls of life, to receive the guidance and support she wished she had through many seasons of change in her own life.
Kez is a certified holistic health and life coach, trauma informed parts-work and inner child facilitator, teacher of empowerment astrology, and intuitive guide connecting with the unseen realm through mediumship and channeling. Everything Kez does is from the heart and filtered through a lens of safety first, meeting you exactly where you are on your journey. Kez is driven by her desire to empower women to be their most elevated selves, unlock their innate power to live the life of their dreams and showing them that anything is possible despite where they have been or come from.

Every day has a distinct energetic intention (which is of course, a surprise!) but here's a flavour of the daily rhythm
7:00 am | Morning Meditation - Sankalpa/ our intention to set the tone of the day
7:30 am | Morning Movement - Rise and shine with movement - yoga/pilates with your delectable view of the Aegean sea and soft morning breeze
8:30 am | Nourishing Breakfast - Organic farm to table produce, meals served together
10:00 am | Wisdom Session - Drawing on different ancient spiritual wisdom concepts from Astrology, Vedic to Kabbalah & more.
1:00 pm | Lunch & Free Time - YAY! Fresh greek seafood, organic farm to table produce, rest, swim in the private island’s sea, optional massage or acupuncture, or simply stillness and integration - the day is your oyster, you choose.
4:00 pm | Embodiment Session - Practical tools to transform your mindset and embody to last many lifetimes, building upon the wisdom session. From parts work, hypnotherapy, psychology frameworks & more.
6:00 pm | Dinner - Fresh local organic produce served by Michelin-trained chefs, feasting together under the Grecian stars.
7:30 pm | Evening Ceremony - A ceremony to integrate the day. From sound bath healing to a guided circle around the fire.
8:30 pm | Bed Time - An early bed time to allow integration and feeling fresh for the next day. Plus, Kez needs her beauty sleep…

We are so excited to hold you through this expansive experience, one built on a foundation of safety first grounding into nervous system regulation, because true lasting expansion can only arise from a place of internal safety. From this anchored place, we open, we rise, we elevate and shine.
Each day has a unique signature weaving together an intentional and unique blend of modalities: wisdom that stimulates the mind and is felt in the soul, the somatic to expand our capacity to hold the expansion. You’ll move through breathwork and hypnosis, astrology and parts work, sound healing and somatic practices, ancient wisdom ceremonies and energy work. Please know that while this is a nourishing, restful, expansive and beautiful journey, it is not a holiday with some wellness sprinkled through. This is a deeply intentional curated experience led by two highly skilled practitioners who bring their unique expertise, wisdom and spiritual depth to everything they create.

Kea is the closest Cycladic island to Athens, and one of the least-known to tourists making it one of those rare places that feels sacred the moment you arrive. Ancient olive groves, crystalline waters that are 50 shades of blue, stone-paved villages, white washed architecture that whisper with thousands of years of history.
