One-on-One Coaching & RTT Hypnotherapy Agreement

This Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between Maddison Everist, Founder of Bloomin Within (“Coach/Practitioner”), and (“Client”), for the purpose of providing coaching and hypnotherapy services as outlined below.

Program Details

Over a three-month period all held online via Zoom, the Client will receive:

• One (1) 60-minute deep dive session

• One (3) 90-minute RTT hypnotherapy session

• Two (2) 60-minute coaching sessions

• One (3) custom hypnotic meditation track

• One (1) 30-minute integration session

• Personalised practices (EFT, breathwork, journaling prompts and more)

• WhatsApp support for additional guidance throughout the container

Investment & Payment Terms

• The total investment for this package is $1,750 AUD (including GST) or $1,850 if using a payment plan option to cover admin fees.

• Payment is due in full before the commencement of the first session unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Payment plans may be available upon request.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of this container and the structure of the live experience, all sales are final. No refunds will be provided.

• If unforeseen circumstances arise, rescheduling or alternative arrangements can be discussed at the Coach’s discretion.

Scheduling & Rescheduling

• All sessions must be scheduled within the agreed three-month period. This is determined as 12 weeks from the initial session date.

• If the Client needs to reschedule a session, at least 48 hours’ notice must be provided. Sessions canceled within 48 hours may be forfeited.

• Any unused sessions cannot be rolled over beyond the one-month period unless previously discussed and agreed upon.

Client Commitment & Session Integration

• The Client acknowledges that RTT Hypnotherapy is a powerful tool and that, in most cases, one session is sufficient to attain a desired outcome. However, in some cases, two to three RTT sessions may be required for deeper transformation.

• The Client agrees to listen to each of their custom hypnotic meditation for 28 days following the RTT session to fully integrate the transformation and amplify results.

• The Client consents to being hypnotised using RTT techniques and other subconscious practices understands that results are not guaranteed, as they are dependent on the Client’s willingness to do the work and embrace change.

• The Client agrees that the Practitioner is not responsible for any claims related to mental or physical well-being during or after the session.

Mental Health & Well-Being Disclaimer

• The Client acknowledges that Maddison Everistis a Certified Hypnotherapist, RTT Practitioner, EFT Practitioner and Coach but not a licensed psychologist, psychiatrist or medical practitioner.

• The Client understands this program is not a substitute for medical or psychological care and that it is their responsibility to seek clinical diagnosis and treatment if needed.

• The Client agrees not to adjust any prescribed medications or treatment protocols without consulting a certified medical professional.

• The Client confirms that they do not have epilepsy, schizophrenia or a severe mental health condition such as Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) or other psychotic disorders, as hypnotherapy is not recommended for individuals with these conditions.

• The Client acknowledges that if they require additional mental health support, it is their responsibility to seek out the appropriate professionals.

Confidentiality & Duty of Care

• All sessions and communications will remain strictly confidential.

• However, the Client acknowledges that if they disclose information indicating:

• They are at risk of harming themselves or others, or

• They are at risk of or experiencing abuse,

The Practitioner may be legally required to report this information to the relevant agencies for safety purposes.

Standards of Behaviour

During the course of any therapy sessions, the Practitioner will treat you with respect and not abuse the Clients trust operating under both International Institute for Complementary Therapists and the International Coach Federation guidelines and code of ethics. In return, the Client will not undertake not to harm themselves, or any other person, including the Practitioner. 

The Client agrees not to attend sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, except those medications which have been prescribed by a doctor. If the Client does attend any sessions under the influence of alcohol or recreational drugs, or demonstrate violent or abusive behaviour, sessions will be canceled and the Practitioner may refuse to see the Client for any further sessions without refunding any payment already made.

Marketing & Communication Consent

• The Client agrees to receive email marketing communications related to workshops, offerings and updates from Bloomin Within.

• The Client can unsubscribe at any time.

Acknowledgment of Terms & Conditions

• The Client agrees to the terms + conditions and privacy policy outlined on the Bloomin Within website

• The Client acknowledges that they have read and understood the terms of this Agreement and agree to participate in the program as outlined.
